Migrant workers across the world often occupy the role of providing for families and relatives elsewhere. During the pandemic, the dynamic has changed such that many migrants find themselves in financial instability brought on by the pandemic. The earning power of some 164 million migrant workers has been drastically challenged and decreased, impacting the apprxoimate 800 million family members that these workers support abroad.
